Switchboard sees the need to assemble an actual team of heroes, individuals who can be called upon to get shit done when shit needs to get done.
She will continue acting as dispatcher, but now with orders rather than suggestions.
SWITCHBOARD: Team founder. She is aware that Rapid City needs a solid line of defense. She also knows that she has the resources to coordinate such an effort.
WRAITH: Behind the scenes. Cannot be seen officially sanctioning such a thing, but he too sees the value in it. He condones it on the condition that he can add one of his people to the team.
SIDEKICK: Invulnerable to all but self-inflicted harm. He has been resting on his laurels and has been out of the game. Switchboard knows that he can pull the team together in ways that she can not. He is completely giving and caring, he will do anything for a teammate, or anyone else.
FLAMETHROWER: Flame-like telekinetic projections.
