A Fight!
I love it when the natural flow of character interaction takes me where it needs to go. I can sometimes just put two characters together in a scene and watch them do what they need to do.
Last night I was writing a confrontation between two of the main characters….and it just led so naturally into (and out of) a fight. It is great when things work like that.
